What is the TMA?
The Lloyd Transportation Management Association (TMA) is a non-profit business association
representing large and small employers in the Lloyd District.
How does the TMA help business?
The TMA provides:
- Effective transportation programs and services with clear member benefits (such as, Passport and Carpool program)
- A forum for businesses and neighborhood associations to work together
- Coordination of effective committees working directly on Lloyd District transportation
issues
- Assistance with ECO Rule compliance
- Advocacy at the local, regional and state level on behalf of Lloyd District businesses
How does a company or individual get
involved?
- Any business or business association located within the Lloyd District can become a
member.
- No annual membership fee
- Any employee who wishes to join a TMA committee is welcome.

The TMA Board of Directors, staff and district stakeholders selflessly volunteered their
time and expertice to conduct several strategic planning sessions in an effort to update,
revise, and ratify our new 3-year strategic work plan. The results of the plan are
